Infantry lighter saber of the Kingdom of Sardinia, type 1791 - Lot 111
Infantry lighter saber of the Kingdom of Sardinia, type 1791. Strong blade engraved on one side "Vive le Roi de Sardaigne" (Long live the King of Sardinia), on the other side a crowned eagle bearing the arms of Sardinia. Moulded brass mounting with 20 cords and a guard branch. No scabbard. Total length 76 cm, blade 62 cm.
