Model 1859 flintlock rifle. Rear lock plate clearly marked “Manufacture Impériale de Tulle,” fully functional, with strong springs and no play. Barrel in good condition, with sharp rifling and minimal oxidation; marked “MI” on the right side. The metal has a light gray exterior finish, with very slight orange peel in places; otherwise, it retains its original polish. Beautiful stock badge dated “MI July 1861.” Total length 126.5 cm, barrel length 79.5 cm. Category D.
