Model 1821 infantry officer's saber. Bronze mounting (remains of gilding) with one main branch and one secondary branch. Filigreed basane spindle. Curved, flat-backed blade in its original polished finish (a few minor spots of oxidation). Brown leather scabbard, trimmed and restored, stinger replaced. With gilded wire lanyard.
