Oyster stand between 1819 and 1838 by Jean-François VINCENT (all or part?), silversmith in Lyon. A Master hallmark is present only on the grip. All hallmarks are issued by the Lyon warranty office. Under the base: -1st title old woman's head -Unidentified oval antelope head hallmark found on earlier pieces bearing a Master hallmark or official hallmarks 1819-1838 On the square of the base: Grosse garantie Lyon, head of Hercules + n°67 On each bottle-holder: the 3 hallmarks on the base On each cork-holder small guarantee 1819-1838 a shell On the socket (melted) -1st title head of an old woman -Grosse garantie head of Hercules n°67 -Master stamp of Jean-François Vincent inscribed circa 1798: V, a flower An oil bottle and a vinegar bottle in crystal (a chip on one of the stoppers).
