For gun sales, except for collectors' guns, the buyer must present :

1. a valid French hunting license or shooting license,
2. proof of identity,
3. proof of address
4. their SIA number.

Delivery will only take place once the FINIADA file has been checked (for indoor purchases) or the AIS declaration has been validated (for purchases via Live).

A deposit is required from Live buyers. This deposit will not be returned if the buyer fails to provide the required documents.

If it transpires that the buyer is registered in the FINIADA file, the sale will be automatically cancelled.

Foreign buyers may only bid if they are represented by a French arms dealer.
