CHINA 20th century. Large baluster-shaped porcelain vase resting on a carved and lacquered wooden base. The vase features two large panels, one decorated with a female immortal, the other with a martial figure resembling a protective deity. The two handles are in the form of stylized gilded dragons. Rich polychrome enamel decoration and abundant gilded highlights. Height of the vase with stand: 177 cm and without stand: 155 cm Diameter: 36 cm
