Jules MASSENET (1842-1912) Silver photographic portrait on albumen paper executed by Schemboche (Photographer in Turin, Florence and Rome) 213mm x 162mm, circa 1880 and framed under glass in a black baguette with gold edging. Dedicated letter from Jules Massenet to Madame Laure Dreyfus. Two manuscripts in a period paper folder with a dispatch from Jules Massenet to an affectionate friend Mme Félix Abram, dated 1903 and containing 2 small musical pieces, 4 sheets of handwritten sheet music entitled: Si tu m'aimes and 5 handwritten sheets entitled: Baiser 350mm x 268mm. Two scores by Jules Massenet for piano and voice - Le jongleur de Notre-Dame (275mm x 185mm), Ariane (315mm x 240mm), both with dedicated letters from Jules Massenet to his friends Abram.
