Icon of the Virgin of the Gate of Dawn in Vilnius. Late 19th - Lot 188
Icon of the Virgin of the Gate of Dawn in Vilnius. Late 19th–early 20th century. Brass setting with an embossed frame. Riza, halo with rays, and crown in gilded metal. The ensemble is decorated with colored stone cabochons (one cabochon is loose) and rhinestones for the rays. Tempera on wood. 23 x 17 cm
