Colt Model 1872 conversion, .44 centerfire. Nickel plating is about 70% intact. All mechanisms function properly; custom front sight. The two Patent lines are clearly visible on the left side of the frame. Caliber marked on the trigger guard; Colt line on the barrel is complete and clearly visible. All parts bear the same serial number, including the slide. Ejector spring is firm; chambers are in very good condition. The cylinder retains approximately 50% of its engraving; barrel rifling is very clear. American walnut grip panels with some signs of wear. Leather holster from the 1960s/70s. Category D.
