Revolutionary-type infantry rifle. Lock type 1770 with steel firewall, signed Parisot à Yvel.... (illegible). Round-bodied hammer, round screw, battery without frame. Barrel initially 5-sided, then round, no bayonet lug. All steel fittings mounted with pins. Walnut frame with insect holes to buttplate. Remains of uniform oxidation. Barrel length 101.5 cm.
