Tobacco Jar
Painted and glazed pipe clay, early 20th century
The tobacco jar is shaped like a head, depicting the military comedian Polin in his stage costume. The kepi, which has a sponge compartment, serves as the lid.
Marked on the bottom with “99” in pen and “imported M 8100” in relief.
However, it is certain that it comes from Bernard Bloch’s factory in Bohemia.
Good condition.
