Set of three tobacco jars Earthenware, 1930 Cylindrical tobacco jar made of colored porcelain. The body features a South American-style design of green, blue, white (outlined), and black motifs on a red, orange, and black background. On the lid, a uniformly red-orange, wood-colored pipe in relief serves as a handle. No mark. H 14.5 cm Tobacco jar Metallic lustrous ceramic 20th century, circa 1950–1960 Cylindrical, pouch-shaped tobacco jar, uniformly brown in color with hints of a pinkish-brown metallic luster. On the body, the word “Tabac” is inscribed in gold lettering against a background of Oriental calligraphy within a cartouche. The lid, shaped like the top of a pouch cinched with a pink cord, features two recesses for resting pipes. Engraved with the number 9025 and inscribed in gold lettering: “Exclusive Design,” “Hand-painted,” “Made in France,” “Registered Design.” Desvres Jersey?
