A circular garland of roses and colorful wildflowers surrounds the word “Tabac.” Date: late 19th century, circa 1880—France (probably Paris)— Marked with an “O” and a barely legible abbreviation that could be an “A” and an “R.” Quimper Locmaria after 1870?
