The lid features a compartment for a humidifying sponge.
Marked “Lucien Brisdoux (1878–1963) Vignaux sur Barangeon 1850” with the number 317.

On the body, a character from old comic strips for children, dressed in a long coat and wearing a pleated top hat, a long pipe in hand, strolls through a rural setting. On the lid, a large pipe tied with a pink ribbon featuring a pompom serves as a handle.
