A black barrel-shaped jar with colorful and gilded decoration depicting an idealized vine, in the center of which a king—perhaps King David—holds a tankard in his hand, or perhaps it is a cornucopia. Reproduced in *Le papier mâché* by Pierre Lallemand, page 52, Editions Pierron, 1999.
From Pont-à-Mousson.
