Late 19th-century repoussé copper Tobacco jar, made of repoussé copper, decorated with an erotic and highly suggestive motif of nude figures: Venus and Love. The interior of the removable jar is made of pewter. No mark, but of French origin. H 16 cm 19th-century copper Richly decorated repoussé red copper jar. The four elements—Fire, Earth, Water, and Air—are depicted on the body in the form of ancient deities. On the lid, which opens on a hinge, another goddess represents Temperance. No mark. The lid no longer attaches to the body. H 13.5 cm
